Citadelo s.r.o., with registered office at Bottova 7939/2A, 811 09 Bratislava, ID No. 44 257 848, (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) respects the privacy of its customers and complies with all applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
The Data Controller processes personal data of customers who:
A) provide it with an email address, name and telephone number with a contact request or any other query via the form on https://citadelo.com. The purpose of processing personal data is to contact the customer in order to provide information about the services of the controller.
B) provide him/her with an email address, name and telephone number with a request to subscribe to the newsletter, which the operator sends via email to persons who have expressed an interest by providing their email address for this purpose.
The personal data of customers are processed in the case of purpose A) above for the performance of a pre-contractual measure at the request of the data subject and in the case of purpose B) above on the basis of the data subject’s freely given consent to the processing of personal data.
The recipients of the personal data are employees of the controller who are authorized to process the personal data for the purposes set out in this policy and are bound by a contractual obligation of confidentiality. Should we enter into a contract with you, we may require additional personal data that is necessary for the conclusion of that contract and without which we would not be able to enter into that contractual relationship.
The controller retains the personal data of customers for the duration of the communication with the customer or for the duration of the contractual relationship with the customer and subsequently remains archived in the CRM system of the controller until the customer requests its deletion. In the case of processing based on consent, the data shall be retained for the period of consent.
Your email address and personal data will not be shared for any marketing purposes with any other company. The processing of your personal data on our website is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling for direct marketing purposes.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. The customer also has the right to withdraw their consent if the processing is based on a legal basis of consent. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if he/she believes that his/her personal data is being processed in breach of the GDPR.
The Customer may contact the Data Controller at https://citadelo.com/en/contact/ and may exercise his/her rights in writing at the Data Controller’s address or electronically at [email protected]. When subscribing to marketing newsletters, you can withdraw your consent by emailing [email protected] and also by clicking on the “unsubscribe” box located at the end of each newsletter.
The controller uses technical and organizational measures to safeguard customers’ personal data that are proportionate to the threats to which the personal data is exposed. The controller regularly reviews and updates these measures. The personal data is processed in the territory of the EU.
